I had 2 almost instant responses. I took them each for a ride and got
nothing but kudos and praise from each person. They never came back however, and
since then I've not had one bite. I don't know whether they were tire kickers
or not but they both were very enthusiastic.
I don't know what the problem is as I think the price is right and it
would be an easy up-grade to IFR.
My son suggested that I offer to give them a ride for $100 and take that
off the price if they buy.

I tried the 100.00 idea out....ONCE..the guy first steped all over the
seats ( with greasy shoes) sat down in the grease, threw up all over the
panel ( he must have had about a gallon of booze the night
before)..then he said that he wanted to fly the plane..in flight..I then
asked him if he had flown a plane before..he said no..when we landed, he
said he didn't like the flught..walked off and didn't pay anything..when
I asked him about the 100>00 he pulled a gun!..from now on I tell them
it is thiers to do anything they want to do with it, AFTER they pay me
the full ammount...IN CASH!..people like the ones that you and I have
had, give everyone who wants a plane and is looking a difficult time of
it..good luck and blue skys to you..
