Larry,
I doused my brake rotor with liberal amounts of laquer thinner, while
scrubbing same with sandpaper and brush. Also cleaned pads. I also put some
automotive "squeal stop" on backs of pads. Squealing ceased, so one or more of
these
cures seemed to work.
