    Chuck - I'd convert it. The nosegear strut is the weak point in the a/c. I had one collapse on me, and have also had two occasions of severe shimmying, requiring mainentance. Vans may test on grass, but- duh - one assumes the turf is dry, solid, and in good shape. For an aircraft like this, you don't need a training wheel! Mark

    Chuck, I have an RV6 under construction and am planning on changing it to a 6A. Per Van all that is needed is to change the engine mount and gear. I have the mount and gear. Perhaps we could swap. If you have any interest please email me directly. Jim Blake jblake43@bellsouth.net
