My mech put on=2C very tightly=2C a sort-of plastic tape substance (with no air bubbles) - t hree years ago and I've had no leaks since. Will get the name of the stuff if you want it=2C but it looks like very basic stuff. If your actual tank i s leaking elsewhere then I suppose (sort of obvious) this won't work for yo u without taking all the bolts out=2C anyway. Tom In a message dated 9/16/2009 5:04:42 P.M. T he sealer gets sucked into the leak. Do a search in the archives and you should be able to find the specific Loc tite product to use.
