Thanks for your understanding. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ It has not escaped my attention that when I leave my RV-6 for prolonged periods in its locked shared hangar the fuel level seems to decrease, even though I do not run the engine. What could the cause be? Evaporation of Avgas? And what could the remedy be? Should I cover the fuel vent tanks when the plane is not used for a certain time? I see no leak under the aircraft, and no signs thereof. And nobody has told me about any fuel leak. Thanks for your reply.
