      I have my finished wings (less tips and control surfaces) hanging in a 11' X
      4' area from the ceiling in my garage so I don't marr the paint finish).  I
      used some hangers like we use for bicycles and wired them up there using a
      couple of coat hangers screwed into a couple of 2X4s.  You may want to put
      Saran wrap over the ends and other openings to keep birds, wasps, etc out
      until the big day arrives.  (I have mine painted yellow and a yellow finch
      has been attracted inside my garage on more than one occasion)
