Drawing 5PP shows an AN4-12A Bolt, and there is one in Bag 413 and one in Bag
617 in the empennage kit. However, I had to order an AN4-15A to work for me.
I also had to use an all steel nut with 5/16 hex so I could get a wrench on
it. But that's probably my fault for drilling the hole too close to the
shaft.
