These things are pretty frustrating. When I started the fuselage, the instructions mention as how everything is cut so precisely so as to not require jigging -- just put it all together on some sawhorses and it must fit. Then, four pages later, these same set of instructions are calling for "artistry" and "finesse" in order to get the longerons perfect. Argh! Juuust kidding. 8-) Just keep at it and you'll get 'em. A little bit at a time. It can take a LOT of iterations to get 'em perfect.
