Cliff,

I think you must have missed something!  Yes, rivet on the F704 C & D pieces 
to the spar before the skin.  I think they should have been put on during 
construction of the F704 bulkhead.

While you are at it, now would be the easiest time to install the two fuel 
lines that go from the valve to the (enlarged) holes in the skin.  It is very 
hard to get a good job after the skins are on.
