If these are the wing ribs there definitely are. Vans sent me 2 sets of
the 1 wing, I asked exactly the same question and they replaced them
free of charge.

I have a Marvel Schebler, SPA-4-5 carburetor new in box and never on an engine
for sale.  When I built my Pitts I bought a new Lyc O-360-A1A and used a pressure
carburetor instead of the Marvel Schebler that came with the new engine.
