I am working on a friends RV-7 front windshield and have a question. Why
does Van's have you rivet the rear canopy to the frame with soft aluminum
rivets, but screw the front canopy windshield to the roll bar with #6
screws?
Obviously it is not for removal as the screws are glassed over along with
the
entire front edge....
Any idea's? Thanks
