I actually have not thinned mine at all - the primer seems about right straight out of the bottle, and sprays fine with my touch-up gun. But you can use the cup and thin if you so desire to make sure it is "perfect." Dupont M50 is obviously a measure of viscosity...possibly measured by pouring a liquid through a calibrated funnel and timing it??? Is anyone who's using the AFS primer doing this?
