Subject: RV7-List: Lower Rudder Tip

I am working on the lower rudder tip and the part of the tip forward
of the control horn doesn't sit flat against the spar. There aren't
any attach points noted in the plans here and I was wondering if
anyone else had this problem and what was the remedy.
