When installing the trap door in the aft rib of the left fuel tank  Does
the lightning hole in the rib also need to be  plugged? It seems to me that
if you were flying on a knife edge left wing down that the trap door would
do no good if the other hole remained open. Also any recommendations on wing
tip landing light, nav and strobe configuration would be a big help?
