Hi Folks,
I'm in the process of fitting the vertical stabilizer to the
fuselage of my RV-9 (taildragger). The rear spar of the stab
is supposed to fit flush against the rear-most bulkhead. No
problem. However the flanges of the rear spar foul the lower 3
or 4 rivets that connect the fuse side skin to the rearmost
bulkhead. You can see it in the following pic.
Has anyone else had this issue ? Any thoughts on a solution -
just bend the spar flanges until they're out of the way ?
