      Well, technically its suppose to be something like a 25-50nm radius from the home
      airport.  Since West of LVK is densely populated (Oakland, Hayward, etc), around
      here the draw a box going South East of LVK.  Not sure why its so small,
      but it is Phase 1 testing so I wouldn't want to venture too far from home anyway.
