Have a great first flight and fly safe. Maybe I missed it in all the discussion but I don't recall seeing any mention of a procedure we used when my mentor and I installed the wings on my RV-7A in July 09 - i.e., shrinking the bolts with liquid nitrogen. I bought a container (they don't call it "can" but I can't recall the correct word at the moment - it looks a little like an old fashioned milk can) from a local industrial gas supply house and cold soaked the bolts for several minutes before installing them - it shrinks them down enough to make a difference - a couple thousands of an inch I suppose.
