They said you can pick it up in whatever you want, but if it's anything other than a U-haul they are not responsible and won't help you load it. This if for an uncrated kit. If it's crated I'm sure a flatbed truck would be OK. I'm sure she meant any encloded panel truck unless they've made some deal with U-Haul.
