I have a Lycoming  IO-360-A1B, 200 HP engine which has a Magna Flight
Starter motor.  Unfortunately the size of the Bendix housing fouls the air
intake Snorkel.

It seems that I need a different type of starter,  can anyone advise me of
the make and part number of one that suits the RV8 ?

I got mine from B&C. Very good quality. A little pricy.

So far it works great and clears the intake pipe.
