Subject: Torque Values in AC43.13-1B
Table 7-1 list recommended values, BUT it does not say
these are the FINAL Torque Value or the DESIRED Torque
Value. Maybe the FRICTION Torque (which I have not
tried to measure yet) is so small that DESIRED Torque
is approx equal to Final Torque ????
I know: FRICTION Torque + DESIRED Torque = FINAL
Torque Value
So what does Table 7-1 show DESIRED or FINAL Torque
???
