Mine wheel lands very well and tends to crow hop a lot when doing a 3 pt. I believe this is because the critical angle of attack is greater than the 3 pt attitude angle of attack hence it tends to still be flying with the wheels on the ground. 65 knots seems to be a nice speed for final, wheel it on, keep it straight and you won't have any trouble.
