I haven't fit my wings to fuselage yet, so I don't know if I am going to  
encounter this issue.  I must say though, this is a very elegant solution  to 
your problem.  Nice work.

Thanks Michael!  Seems like it will do the trick.  I suggested to Van's that they
add a similar piece to the kit.  It would be easy for them to pre-punch and
bend a piece like that.  Would have saved me 6 hours.
