if you are worried about getting the water out of your oil then keep in
mind, 212 F is the boiling point of water at sea level, at 10,000 ft it
drops to 196 F, but the real deal, someone already pointed out: elsewhere
in the engine the oil temp exceeds what is on your gauge.
