RV8ers,
I came across a potential problem yesterday and I'd like to know if anyone
has encountered it before and what your solution was.
I removed my wingtips to find that the dimpled attachment holes in the wing
skin are slightly elongated in a lateral direction. That indicates to me
the wingtip is moving very slightly vertically in flight.
Has anyone encountered the problem before?
Thanks,
Stan Sutterfield
