at for sure.

I just finished doing both insp's on the elevator and horz stab and found
nothing wrong.
I look at the back end carefully every year as I had a Swift that was known
for cracks back there.
It would be nice to have an account of how many a/c have been insp vs how
many have found cracks and what type of operating environment they have
been in.
Any thoughts how we could do that?
