RV-8 - Rebuild - Fiberglass Windshield Bezel 1st Layer of  
      Gelcoat
      
      The gelcoat on the fiberglass windshield bezel, the spinner, and the upper gear
      cuffs went on today.  It came out absolutely fantastic.  I can hardly wait to
      see it sanded and primed.  It looks like its going to be pretty amazingly smooth
      and nicely transitioned.  The gelcoat is dyed black so that if any creeped
      in on the top of the fiberglass bezel, it would match and not be seen from the
      inside.  I sanded the gelcoat on the spinner tonight and it looks pretty great.
      
      The also reworked the upper gear cuff and some amazing fitting so they fit nice
      and tight up against the fuselage now.  
      
      And finally, great progress on the rework of the new engine cowling around the
      left and right sides where the original fit was off by as much as 1/4 of an inch.
      It's just rough cut right now, but the new look is absolutely amazing!  Imagine
      how awesome it's going to look with gelcoat and primer!
