      According to my eye doctor...
      
      Lutein                        30mg daily
      Zeaxanthin                2 mg   daily
      Omega-3 fatty acids  1 gram daily
      
      Apparently nothing factual or proven but "appears" to help short term eye
      sight and long term protection.  I started taking this about a year ago and
      really don't know of any changes.  I feel it's cheap insurance and can't
      hurt.  Your eye doctor might have a different take...
