I #40 drilled all the elev skin holes and dimpled. Reading ahead I see
that the top of the spar gets 3/32 rivets and the bottom #30 for the pop
rivets. Do I drill and machine counter sink the bottom of the spar to #30
??????? Thanks ahead.

Hello Joe
I drilled #30 and dimpled #30. I squeeze as many rivets as I could w/ 1/8"
countersunk
rivet and blind riveted the rest.
Do a quick test of a #30 and #6 dimple to compare the fit of a blind rivet.
