The bit tends to grab and screw it into the plexi. That is when you really stand a change if a break. The switch/breaker screws have flat washers at best and some of the switches don't even have washers, leave alone lock washers or lock nuts. Is it best to put these in with a thread locking compound, or is there a better way? Leland in Pleasanton
