It sounds like you're well on your way to finishing the plane (maybe 60% done and 180% to go?). We still working on the fuel tanks. This is the first time I've started to wonder where it ends - the wings are far from done and I'm getting ready to order a slow build fuselage because I don't have enough to keep me busy this winter and I'm pricing engines, guages, and electronics and pondering where the money is going to come from. I need to turn the corner to where I can see the end in sight. QB Fuselage --> RV9-List message posted by: "Curt Hoffman" It never ends. I just got this TR6 and had to order some universal joints and carb rebuild kits. Now I have to kind of share the cash flow between the plane and the car. I need to retire so I have time to work on everything. But if I retire, I don't have enough money to work on everything. It is a conundrum for sure. I live quite nearby and my wife is doing her training at Aurora. The factory is worth the visit and they are very kind and quick to give a tour. And, you aren't very far from all the winerys of which you speak! I'm jealous. Yes it is a big box. I brought an RV 6 QB home in the back of a pickup. It caught some attention. Well guess I had better go pound some rivets or mine is going to remain a kit.
