Paul,
A couple of things I did was to one use the scotch brite wheel (carefully)
on the curve portions of the rib fit to nose skin. Get this as smooth as
possible with polishing off the tabs. This really helps to keep the little
bumps out of the L.E. skin. The other is when putting in your clecos, work
from the nose up using a small awl to align the hole ahead of the one you
are putting the cleco in.
