    Subject: fuel cap flange fit
--> RV9-List message posted by: Paul Eastham <eastham@netapp.com> Hi everyone, I'm at the step where I need to drill the fuel cap flange to the tank skin, and it really doesn't match the contour of the skin/ribs well at all. I've rotated it and found the existing bend in the cap but it is not enough. Seems like it will look like a mess once they are riveted together. Pictures on the web look like a good fit...can anyone straighten me out here? Thanks! Paul http://hmb.dyndns.org/~eastham/rv
