Here's his reply to my question of a sharp vs. 1/8"
square trailing edge.

Theoretically, a sharper edge is better because of a
better defined
stagnation point, but in real life it won't make any
difference at all.
The
boundary layer is pretty thick by the time it reaches
that far anyway.
