I'm glad to see so many responses here I thought this place was empty. Maybe RV-9's are so easy to build no one needs help. Completed mine in 2005 been flying ever since only problems were with nose gear before AD. Joe ---------- Original Message ---------- From: Konrad/Conny Subject: Re: RV9-List: Anyone here? From: Perry Yaremchuk For everyone who is ALSO frequenting the VAF forum; it's great to mention it when there is more info available on a topic on Matronics. I for one, find it difficult to find old threads on the Mat board, so links are great help. I suppose the allure of posing pics fairly easily and the daily activity makes the VAF forum so appealing to most. VAF is useful for two purposes: its archive posts have useful threads on many topics related to building and flying RVs and is much easier to search than the Matronics archives. And, VAF is better for gossip and trivia during the day. Matronics is best for current technical questions, especially the Aero-Electric list and Bob Nuckolls. VAF seems to have self-anointed "experts" to a far greater extent than the Matronics lists, who give out dubious answers with great authority. I only trust the VAF archives where you can read through a long thread and figure out who really knows the score.
