There are actually more than 150 RV flying in Europe and 300 more under
construction (ballpark figures).

The UK have a list, France has one and I imagine some of the other countries
also do.

The British seem to be the biggest and most active.

Yes, this list does not seem to be used at all..

If it can be of any interest, I know the approximate number of RVs in my
country, Italy:
We should have two RV 4 and two RV 6 flying, and an RV 8 under
construction.. it ain't too much, is it?

For what concerns me, I am only a prospective owner (hopefully).
