He seemed more interested in the weight and balance calculations than the airplane. I found out later that he was a retired C-141 load master. After every thing was signed we shook hands and he said "Don't fly that thing until I'm out of here". After talking to many resources, the latest theory is the prop itself has issues. Hartzell is going to initiate warrenty work Monday.
