--> RVSouthEast-List message posted by: Lenleg@aol.com SERV: Just once again want to remind everyone of the Sunday fly-in at the Meylor's. Dean has a beautiful strip ... I have flown into it several times with my 8A. It is an easy entrance and departure for an RV. A question has come up about an Archer .... probably a better question for Dean to answer ... I know he flys a Dakota in and out. I would think some of it would depend on how heavy you are with fuel and passengers. We will be monitoring 122.825 ... you can go to www.airnav.com and put in 9NC9 as the airport identifier for all the info. The gps coordinates are: 36-12-36.488N / 079-53-42.129W Field elevation is 910 feet and you will be flying under the GSO outer ring. The field has some white markers placed in the ground in the middle of the runway making it easy to spot from the air. Looking forward to seeing everyone !! I am meeting Wayne8 at Air Harbor on Sunday around 12:30pm for the flight over ... only about 2 -3 miles from Deans ... anyone is welcome to stop by Air Harbor !! Len

The key is to land low and slow. If any one wants a ride from airharber w88 I would be happy to pickup and return them. 1336-643-9797 Dean

    Subject: Bolts
--> RVSouthEast-List message posted by: "Radomir Zaric" <vitez@carolina.rr.com> $%#$ I now officially hate bolts.. :) Trying to "fix" a nutplate on the tie-down bar (which was already bolted in place).. I managed to get 4 out of 8 screws out. The other 4 are stuck.. they're not going anywhere.. either way any more. To say I'm frustrated would be an understatement :( Would anyone have any ideas what I can do now? 2 are from one of the brackets, and the other two are on the opposite side -- the ones that are fastened with 365-1032 nuts. How can a nut get stuck on a bolt??? May got stripped a bit in the middle somehow, but how and why - no idea. Thanks! Radomir
