Check it out at http://www.tvrvbg.org on the link on the left "How to Build RV Seats." I hope that helps! I'm trying to figure out whether I'm supposed to just make big thick cushions for the bottoms or build up some type of pedestal. Any good recommendations regarding types of foam would also be helpful. > > Steve Zicree > RV4, Waiting for finishing kit ________________________________ Message 2 _____________________________________ Time: 08:01:54 AM PST US From: Lenleg@aol.com Subject: Re: RVSouthEast-List: photos --> RVSouthEast-List message posted by: Lenleg@aol.com In a message dated 9/13/2004 11:46:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, SportAV8R@aol.com writes: > Glass-smooth day or gyro-stabilized steadi-cam? Stormy .... if you are going to live in this country .... you must speak English !!! Len What if I snuck into the USA through the porous border on the south, and now I undermine democracy by mangling the Queen's / King's english, saying stuff like "Me and you should keep are too planes in the hanger if your agreeable." Much as I hate to say it, that example seems to be reflective of current parlance on the List. In this case, I'm not sure what you're unsure about. What I meant to say was: I get motion blur in many of my air-to-air snapshots at shutter speeds where I'm not expecting any. Then Radomir comes along with a four foot long zoom (exagerated, I know, as even a -6 doesn't have that kind of width at the shoulders) and gets crisp, tight shots at long focal lengths; a technically difficult task. I'm just wondering what his secret was. -Stormy ________________________________ Message 4 _____________________________________ Time: 09:22:21 AM PST US From: Rad Z Subject: Re: RVSouthEast-List: photos --> RVSouthEast-List message posted by: Rad Z > I'm just > wondering what his secret was. > > -Stormy 1/750 sec shutter speed. However, I'd like to practice this more.. 'cause I think these photos could have come out better. PS. It seems that shooting through the canopy can be quite tricky (angle between canopy and lens is important). This is something that requires more testing to figure out. Curvature and distortion are another thing, as you suggest. Seems like every great picture I try to shoot is interrupted by an air bump right as I squeeze it off. Occasionally I do get lucky, with pleasing results. Len has a CD with a few of my better shots on it. -Stormy
