This is an early notice for our next Chapter meeting. It will be held
Feb.12th at the GTCC aviation campus located at the PTI Airport. The campus is
      in the
SW corner of the airport off Hwy 421/Market Street. (Area of old terminal)
Plan on meeting at the school by 12 noon and we'll all go to a nearby
restaurant for lunch. A tour of the GTCC facility will be conducted following lunch.

If you fly in to PTI you can park at the GTCC ramp but bring your own
      chocks/tie-downs.
A topic of the meeting will be scheduling the years remaining meeting
locations/activities. One suggestion already is a tour of the TIMCO operations
      also
      at PTI airport.
Its your Chapter and we need to hear from you with ideas for future meeting
places and activities. Give it some thought and we can put it together at our

      upcoming meeting.

      Regarding Models ....

I had planned to wait until we met in Columbia and I was going to make sure
Art (owner of Avid Aviator) was there to get the pictures and take the
orders. I think we got weathered out.

Everything is still the same as the option to order. I asked Art to tell me
exactly what pictures were required. I want to get it in writing and then
ask for you to send in said pictures **OR** I will take them and forward to
      Art.

Soooo.... the ball is in MY court to follow up with more details. That I
      shall do.

      Thanks for reminding me.

      James

      OK crew ...

Len's going all out to get these orders in ... the least we can do is step
up and order something!! {:-) How would YOU like to handle ordering all
      that stuff? :-(

Don't miss out. These things look great. Don't believe it, go take a look at
      the SERV site.

We are gonna look really nice at the next fly-out/fly-in when all of us are
sporting these slick new shirts and caps. Don't get left out.

And don't even THINK about going to KY or OH without one. :-)
(Ooopppssss ... Len are they gonna be ready by then??)

      I'm IN!!

I am not really sure what would be a good place.

Just for kicks, how is Hickory (KHKY) for everyone??? How much deviation is
it for you? (With this info we can see how much deviation it is for those
      that plan to go.)

For us it is about 16 NM.

Please throw out other suggestions if that is out of the way for you.
