ePilot Special Airspace Bulletin January 26, 2005
A special notice to AOPA members in the southeastern West Virginia area
==> ATTENTION PILOTS <==
FAA TO ESTABLISH TFR OVER LEWISBURG ON FRIDAY
AOPA is sending this message to advise pilots in and near Lewisburg, West
Virginia, that the FAA has issued a notam restricting flight in the area
during President Bush's planned visit on Friday, January 28.
There will be a 30-nautical-mile-radius temporary flight restriction (TFR)
centered on the LWB VOR's 146-degree radial at 3.4 miles,
extending up to Flight Level 180. It will be in effect from 11:30 a.m.
local until 3 p.m. local on Friday. Also, there will be a smaller
10-nm-radius GA no-fly zone in effect during that time frame. See AOPA
Online for the full text of the notam
along with a graphic.
The affected landing facilities are Greenbrier Valley (LWB), Ingalls Field
(HSP), and Richwood Municipal (3I4).
Because TFR airspace frequently changes, AOPA strongly encourages
pilots to obtain a briefing and CHECK NOTAMS before every flight.
TFR violators will be intercepted and forced to land.

AOPA's Real-Time Flight Planner provides graphical
depictions of TFRs ( http://www.aopa.org/flight_planner/ ).
Check the FAA's TFR Web site ( http://tfr.faa.gov ).

Before You Go" program ( http://www.aopa.org/asf/know_before/ ).

I still need to know if you want an N# and RV type on the shirt . Normally
the shirt has the N# on one sleeve and the RV type on the other sleeve.

Check for the fitting at boat companies that utilize vent heaters. I believe they
are two inch.
