I'm hearing comments here and there that some of my buddies won't be free to attend
an open house/fly-in on the 25th of June... OVRV has a scheduled conflict
with Crossfire's fly-in that day. Not sure if MARV has anything on the books
yet.
Should we default to another date, like July 2 or 4? The recreational opportunities
on the river in back of the house will be optimum in July, if iwe're not
in a prolonged dry spell by then. Should we cancel it and just use the date for
a couples' trip instead? (I'm thinking Tangier Island in the Chesapeake Bay,
or Ocracoke or Grand Strand - as if I can afford those places at peak season
rates ;-)
Let me hear from you guys and I'll tally up the votes. Summer weekends are filling
up fast, as they always do.

slideshow mode.
