Were any of y'all ever able to view the video I did of the Green Sea
flyin including the Primal Fear "non-stunt" flying?
I ended up re-working the video in full-rez using apple's new H.264
codec for quicktime (which is finally available for windows too)
Barry asked about it a week or so ago but I don't know if he was ever
able to view it. Original DV file is available or I can burn a DVD
video of it if anyone's interested.
That's probably just wishful thinking on my part, though!
http://homepage.mac.com/flyingamortgage/
the H.264 version is 25 meg and the original quicktime is ~20 but
it's quarter-sized.
I have tested it on a Windows XP box with the latest version of
quicktime for windows and it works fine.

Weather for tomorrow is looking good! I am so thankful for this forecast:
http://usairnet.com/cgi-bin/launch/code.cgi?sta=KROA&model=avn&state=VA&Submit=Get+Forecast
As you can see, the 11am winds are forecast to be a 70 degree crosswind for runway
32 at a scorching 1 (one) mph. I'm betting even you taildraggers can handle
that ;-) (Checkin' to see if Smoozer's awake, but he's heading to maple
leaf land for a weekend with the Canucks anyway...)
Wx looks severe clear all day long, and plenty warm.
I just spent a bundle on grub for you big fellas at Sam's Club, so bring your appetites!
We're providing everything, and there's no cover charge :-) As I mentioned
earlier, if you have a dessert you're particularly proud of, bring it
along, but we've got that covered, too.
My Fix-Or Repair-Daily tractor stalled out behind the hangar while I was mowing
yesterday - looks like massive debris in the fuel pump or injectors (gotta love
diesel fuel!). Since the tractor is broken down right where I plan to park
your planes, I will be towing it away somehow before you get here. The place
will not be 100% mowed and neat, so tough luck - look the other way if weeds
bother you :-)
If I can answer any questions about getting here or what to do after your arrival,
let me hear from you.
Later,
/Stormy out/

Stormy,
Scott and Barry are out with much regret for tomorrow. Just
too short at least for now. Maybe next year. Scott

Torque wanted to know if you've got a PFD for him to use. He even
bought some new swim trunks for the occasion and had me take a picture
of him modeling them. http://www.repucci.com/bill/Torque.htm

Okay. It's your call alone to make.
The runway won't be any longer next year, though ;-)

Bill, you're not shooting polyurethanes without a respirator, are you? Just wondering.
...Maybe it's the aluminum dust.
