Louisa Air Fair had their biggest turn out ever Saturday! We counted
10 Rv's besides our 3 -6's based there. For 13 total with some RV guys
driving in too (Rick&Karen). The weather was perfect, the food was
yummy and lots of good conversation and reconnecting with RV and some
ragwing buddies too (Tom). There was a nice flight of two that arrived
with followers and I think a gaggle of 5 arrived at once too...It was
the first time I've ever seen 7 planes on downwind at LKU, what a
sight!! :-) reminded me of Oshkosh for a minute. There were so many
planes they were parking on the sides of the taxiway and cars lined
the secondary roads all the way out to the main highway. Thanks to
everyone that made it and added to an Air Fair that us locals will be
talking about for some time to come.
