I think just about everyone camps ... BUT there is no reason not to have a
      hotel if that is preferred.

Its certainly much easier to find a nearby hotel during this event than say
during "Sun & Fun" not the traffic to put up with either.

Maybe this would be a good chance for me to "browse" some avionics installations
      and get inspired.

Lakeland is a long run for a short slide, though. Been there, done that with the
wife last April. Not sure I could ever convince her to do that particular
      one again ;-)

What are the dates again? Are there exhibitors or just planes?

      Hey Guys,

I am re-posting Ron Schreck's message of last week in hopes of ginning up
      some interest.

Ron and I are going in Cappy's Toy. I just finished the annual and
installed an EZ pilot. Can't wait to see how it works.

This should be a great event. Who's in?

My friend, Jerry Cornwell is hosting a fly-in at Little River Airpark in
north-central Florida. Steve (every day is Saturday) Glasgow and I met
Jerry at the Lakeland RV Fly-in last year. Jerry has an award-winning RV-8.
We flew back to Jerry's home at Little River Airpark on the way back to
Charlotte. Its a great place for a fly-in, especially in December. Jerry
expects dozens of RV's to show up and it should be a great time. Hope SERV
