--> RVSouthEast-List message posted by: "Ron and Shannon AWAD" <sawad13@msn.com> I have flown Cessna Tricycle gear airplanes and they were super easy to takeoff and land with. Subject: Possible Fly in
--> RVSouthEast-List message posted by: Lenleg@aol.com SERV: I have been talking to a few SERV members about having a fly in / drive in around the Winston/Greensobro area .... Larry Bowen and I would try to put on. Most of our get togethers now involve flying to destinations ... we started as a builders group with no flying planes ... this could give the local builders a chance to see lots of RVs and get some deals too !! Thoughts behind it would be a "Fly Market" type approach where you could buy or sell all those left over parts or instruments ....we could set up display tables, etc and have builders from all around come in to either buy or sell. I know I have enough extra items to build another plane .... Would love to get some feedback and gauge interest ?? Len

Cc: wingleader@carolina.rr.com --> RVSouthEast-List message posted by: "Larry Bowen" <Larry@BowenAero.com> SERV'ers - I spoke with Ed H. about the BBQ lunch at AVL this Saturday. He said eager folks can come about 11:00 and kick tires or whatever. We'll head across the street about 12:30 for BBQ. Best parking is mid-ramp, between the termial and the MillionAir FBO. The tower is aware of what's going on and can provide directions if needed. Also, If anyone has a seat available, RV-6A builder Don H. is scrounging for a ride from RUQ or near-by. If you can help, contact him directly: wingleader@carolina.rr.com -- Larry Bowen Larry@BowenAero.com http://BowenAero.com

--> RVSouthEast-List message posted by: sportav8r@aol.com I'm always looking for chances to get together with my SERV friends. Let's do it. On that note, I think it might be best to accomodate Wayne's call schedule and set the Stormy's event for June 24. I'm determined not to give that rascal any more excuses ;-) -BB PS: consider that an official date change. I'll notify MARV ond OVRV as well of the new date. -----Original Message----- From: Lenleg@aol.com Sent: Tue, 14 Mar 2006 10:47:33 EST Subject: RVSouthEast-List: Possible Fly in --> RVSouthEast-List message posted by: Lenleg@aol.com SERV: I have been talking to a few SERV members about having a fly in / drive in around the Winston/Greensobro area ....
