Timing is OK, plusgs are ok, only one not checked is mixture, but i do not think this has anything to do with it... Any suggestions, appreciated. Overhaul is recommended at 500 hours on most mags. Only other suggestion I have is to swap some plug cables and see if you may have a weak one. Then check it again. However, this usually works only if the plugs are fouled and it sounds like yours are not if the plugs look good.
