| Subject: | engine shop recommendation |

Hey guys, I'm looking for some recommendations for an engine shop that can
assemble an ECI O-360 kit. My requirements are fairly simple :-)

      1) They know what they're doing

      2) Within reasonable (driving) distance from Charlotte

      3) Reasonable labor rate and no ridiculous "flat fees"

      4) Doesn't take 40 hours to assemble an engine (as that would fail 'em
      at requirement #1)

      5) Would allow me to observe/assist, but ensure I don't get in the way
      and slow them down :-)

Hopefully, this won't be a mission impossible :-)

      Thanks!

      Radomir,

I have had Triad Avaition @ Burlington do both my Bonanza engine and overhaul both
Baron engines. I was very pleased in each case. You need to call and ask for
Othman. He is running the total organization and is very knowledgeable regarding
a rebuild, reman, etc. I have known Othman for 10+ years. He backs up his
work and has been very helpful.

You can mention my name, but that may cost you additional money! You are on your
      own.

If you need more info, I am in Charlotte this weekend, 704-442-0458.

      Regards,
      David Lee
