There is 1 1/4" at the bottom where the roll bar is and a little more on
the upper section / Steve & Tim, those side pieces we were looking for
have to be made therefore we could not find them!

Well, we trimmed on the rear / how much edge clearance should you
      have for the plexiglass holes?

Thank you Tad & Terrie Sargent & Steve Glasgow & Tim Bolton for
cutting my canopy on Sunday. This was Tad's #4! We trimmed the rear
section after you left Tad and now I will read the directions on what to
      do next.
              Thanks again,

Tim how was the rest of the canopy cutting? Did you get to
cut anything? Sorry we needed to go but my outdoor project was
beckoning. Read, my wife wanted me to finish it. Which we did not
      accomplish. Save for another day.

Very nice shots. I was hoping to bum a ride yesterday to get
some air to air shots but I had a wedding to attend. Hopefully I can go
      next time.

It looks like you have a little bit of dust or your sensor.
Have you ever cleaned it? If not I would try using a rocket blower
first, if that dosnt help then you may need to swab the sensor. I had to
swab mine a few months back and it made a world of difference.

There will be a flyin at KCDN of the Vintage Airplane Association (EAA
Chapter 3) this weekend (Sat and Sun).

Our Chapter (EAA 242) will be assisting with food on Saturday. I think the
SC Breakfast Club will be there on Sunday.

This would be a good place for the gang to stop by with an "arrival". :-)

On Saturday, there will be awards given in various aircraft categories.

      See ya there???

I will be ready to rivet the HS skins this weekend. Since this is my first kit
and no other eyes have seen my work, I would appreciate a few hours of inspection
and rivet assist from any of you experienced builders. I will have the skeleton
      completed before Sat AM.

I live in Greensboro and will pick you up at GSO (Atlantic Aero) if you choose
to fly. If you are local to Greensboro and want to drive I will forward directions.
Google maps can find the house @ 704 Seven Oaks Dr, GSO, 27410.

This is an RV-7 or 7A, still have not made up my mind!

He knows RVs and maintains an 8 for someone I know.

He is also the guy I go to when I need to change the engine mount isolators

Speaking of engine mount isolators.. James, you got Lords on PJ? Does the
orientation of the donut matter at all? One half of the donut is "silver
looking" while other looks gold in color.. does it matter which way they go?

      Thanks!

John over in Camden would be a good guy.

He knows RVs and maintains an 8 for someone I know.

He is also the guy I go to when I need to change the engine mount isolators
      on PJ.

      James
... give me a call for more details.
