See attached: Flight Plan Revision 2. This is a more flexible plan, I
think you will all like.
So far we have tentatively confirmed four couples IN and five singles IN.
Nine aircraft total.
Wholly Bananas! This is going to be one unbelievable trip!
I am still holding room reservations in Cody, WY till April 28.
So with that deadline in mind I would like to set a deadline for IN.
Everyone please confirm and/or re-confirm via e-mail by Friday, April 27.
If I don't get an e-mail from you, I will consider you out. For planning
purposes, please confirm who will be flying with you.
If you are a single let me know.
After receiving your e-mail, I will set up singles staying together and give
you the number for the hotel in Cody. Then you can confirm
accommodations directly with the hotel.
I will start setting up the other hotels and/or cars ASAP after April 27.
This is the trip of a lifetime so don't miss out.
Questions, suggestions and comments are always welcome. After the hotels
and cars are confirmed we can start working out the other details.
In case you missed them, on separate e-mails, I will send you some web sites
of interest and photos taken by a fellow RVator taken last year on the same
trip.
