FYI - June 21st is the date of Carolina's Multi-Chapter Fly-in down at Lancaster.
Hickory, Salisbury, Charlotte, Rock Hill, & Columbia are hosting the event and
we expect a large turn out.

Well, I could say I was just kidding about the proposed date, but in fact I
was hoping that date would work. Earlier in the month is risky for
uncomfortably cold water temps in the river, but - we are MEN, are we not?

Let me see who else weighs in and think about the options. I see no reason
on my personal schedule why June 14 wouldn't work, but I expect the "Cappy's
Excellent Adventure - II" gang will be saddle sore from a week out west by
then.
